Drink an iconic Spritz!
A traditional Spritz is made as follows:
2oz Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine)
1 1/4oz Aperol
Splash of soda water
For a bit of a twist, mix Aperol with Campari.
Or, for lovers of truely bitter cocktails, swap out the Aperol for Campari all together!
Serve over ice, and garnish with a green olive. (Trust me, the olive is tasty)
